What is your minimum order quantity for case-ready meat?

Minimums vary by product but we can typically accommodate runs starting at 500 lbs. Contact us with your target SKUs and we'll provide exact MOQs and pricing.

What is your order-to-delivery lead time?

Our standard turnaround is 1 week from confirmed PO to delivery for most case-ready SKUs. Custom programs or new SKU development may require additional lead time for the first run.

Do you handle custom labeling and private-label packaging?

Yes. We run Risco modified-atmosphere packaging lines and work with your print-ready label files. Store-brand programs, co-packed lines, and distributor-exclusive SKUs are all within our capabilities.

Are you USDA inspected?

Yes. Our facility in Bemidji, MN operates under continuous USDA inspection. All case-ready products are produced in compliance with federal food safety standards and come with full documentation.

Do you offer product development for new SKUs?
